The wife of a man who purportedly died from considerable exposure to asbestos has filed a lawsuit in New Orleans federal court against five companies for their alleged failure to warn her husband of the hazards associated with the product. 72-year-old Joseph Frazier died from mesothelioma in 2004 after more than 50 years of exposure to asbestos and asbestos-containing products at work sites in a variety of states.
